These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ravensearch platform at ravensearch.ai (the "Platform"), operated by Ravensearch ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including operators (facility managers, property managers, IFM companies), technicians (contractors, service providers), virtual assistants, and visitors.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing up as a technician, responding to a dispatch, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Ravensearch is a B2B dispatch platform that connects facility operators with licensed trade technicians. The Platform provides:
AI-powered work order parsing and job creation
Automated technician matching based on trade, location, availability, and compliance
Dispatch notifications via email and SMS
AI-assisted reply classification and response management
Compliance tracking and credential verification
Integration with third-party CMMS platforms
Ravensearch acts as a matching and communication platform. We do not employ technicians, guarantee work quality, or serve as a party to any contract between operators and technicians. All service agreements are between the operator and the technician directly.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
One person or entity may maintain multiple organization memberships but not multiple user accounts
4. User Types & Responsibilities
4.1 Operators
Operators create work orders and dispatch them to technicians through the Platform
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of work order details including location, trade requirements, and job descriptions
Operators must not use the Platform to send spam, misleading job postings, or fraudulent requests
Operators are responsible for vetting and selecting technicians for their jobs
4.2 Technicians
Technicians receive dispatch notifications for jobs matching their trade and location
Technicians are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, including trade type, service area, and availability
Technicians must hold valid licenses and certifications as required by their jurisdiction
Responding to a dispatch does not guarantee assignment to a job
4.3 All Users
All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations
All users must treat other users with respect and professionalism
All users are responsible for any content they submit to the Platform
5. SMS & Email Communications
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and using the Platform, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ravensearch related to job dispatch notifications and work order alerts. You may receive messages when a work order in your area matches your trade and availability.
5.1 SMS Terms
SMS messages are sent to notify technicians of job opportunities matching their trade and location
Message frequency varies depending on available work orders in your service area
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
SMS messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message

Compatible carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers
5.2 Email Communications
We send transactional emails including job dispatch notifications, welcome emails, and account-related communications
All dispatch emails include an unsubscribe link in compliance with CAN-SPAM
You may unsubscribe from dispatch emails at any time
Transactional emails related to your account (password resets, security alerts) cannot be unsubscribed from
5.3 Opt-Out
SMS: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.

Opting out of communications does not delete your account or data. To request data deletion, contact privacy@ravensearch.ai
