  • Trade classifications
  • Business phone numbers and addresses on file with licensing authorities
  • Email addresses where publicly listed

This data is sourced from publicly accessible government records and is used to connect qualified contractors with job opportunities.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

We may obtain additional business contact information through third-party data providers to verify and enrich professional profiles:

  • Business email addresses via email verification services
  • Business contact information from professional directories
  • Business listings from mapping and search platforms

1.4 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction patterns
  • Location data: Approximate location derived from IP address; precise coordinates only when you provide a service address
  • Email interaction data: Open rates and click-through data on emails we send
  • Error and performance data: Application errors, crash reports, and performance metrics

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you: When you create an account, sign up as a technician, submit work orders, complete onboarding, or communicate with us
  • From public records: Publicly available licensing databases maintained by state and local government agencies
  • From third-party services: Email verification providers, business listing services, and professional data platforms
  • From your employer or client: When an operator adds you to their technician network on the Platform
  • Automatically: Through cookies, error tracking tools, and email tracking pixels when you interact with our Platform or emails

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Core Platform Services

  • Matching contractors to work orders based on trade, location, and availability
  • Sending job dispatch notifications via email and SMS
  • Facilitating communication between operators and contractors
  • Processing job responses and managing work order workflows
  • Geocoding service addresses for distance-based matching

3.2 Account & Profile Management

  • Creating and maintaining user accounts
  • Verifying professional credentials and contact information
  • Enabling compliance tracking and document management
  • Managing organization memberships and team access

  • Sending job opportunity notifications
  • Delivering welcome emails and onboarding information

4.1 With Operators (When You Are Dispatched)

When you are matched to a work order, we share your professional profile information (name, trade, contact details, and credentials) with the operator who posted the job. This is necessary to facilitate the connection between you and the job opportunity.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform:

  • Email delivery: To send dispatch notifications and platform communications
  • Cloud hosting and database: To store and process platform data securely
  • Error tracking: To monitor and resolve technical issues
  • Geocoding and mapping: To calculate distances and display service areas
  • Email verification: To confirm the validity of business email addresses

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4.3 For Legal Purposes

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ravensearch, our users, or the public.

5. SMS & Email Communications

5.1 SMS Messages

  • We send SMS messages only to users who have provided prior express written consent
  • SMS messages include job dispatch notifications, work order alerts, and account-related updates
  • Opt-in methods: (1) providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup, or (2) texting JOIN to +1 (717) 447-5888
  • Dispatch messages may invite a reply (YES to indicate interest, NO to decline) to manage the job response
  • Message frequency varies based on available jobs in your area
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Consent is not a condition of using our services
  • SMS messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party messaging service provider
  • No mobile information (including phone number) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for support

5.2 Email Communications

  • We send transactional emails including job dispatch notifications, welcome emails, and account-related messages
  • All marketing and dispatch emails include an unsubscribe link in compliance with CAN-SPAM
  • You may unsubscribe from dispatch emails at any time via the link in any email or by visiting our unsubscribe page
  • We track email opens and clicks to measure engagement and improve our service

5.3 Consent Records

We maintain records of all communication consent events, including the method of consent (digital form or verbal confirmation), timestamp, IP address, and the full text of the agreement presented. These records are retained indefinitely and are available for audit upon request.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • Error tracking: We use Sentry to capture application errors and performance data to improve platform reliability

  • Work order and dispatch records: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required for legal or audit purposes
  • Consent records: Retained indefinitely to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM requirements
  • Compliance acknowledgment records: Archived permanently and cannot be deleted
  • Public licensing data: Updated periodically from source databases and retained as long as it remains relevant to our services
  • Error and performance logs: Retained for up to 90 days
